Evolution of 4-4-4 Animals                   

My awakening began in 1992 when I received the most amazing gift from my sister, an Arabian horse named Steele. Grandma was instrumental in this process too. She always arranged for me to be around horses when I visited even though they were “off limits” at home. It’s no coincidence that she paid for the arrangements to have Steele delivered and then she died on the day he arrived.

It was the first time I had a mystical experience. As I was rushing back from the feed store to fill Steele’s barn with his goodies, I saw a little “blue bird of happiness” sitting on the dash of the truck. He said, “Grandma is going now, she doesn’t want a funeral, she wants you to enjoy every moment with your horse”.   Needless to say I felt a connection like no other with Steele but this was just a glimpse of the journey yet to come. 

Steele helped me through some major life transitions. Even though I didn’t believe in angels at the time I used to call him my angel and he would always whinny back in acknowledgement. A thousand unspoken words were felt with just a glance from him. Even today, everyone who meets him insists that he something special.

In 2000 as the millennium shifted, I too started the second chapter of my life. First I married a supportive, kind man full of passion for many wonderful causes. Then Grandma visited me in a dream and delivered the news that Dad did indeed have cancer even though the tests were negative. Future tests did reveal the cancer and this was Dad’s final gift to me. He gave me the incentive to find Reiki and my angels here on earth and in spirit.

Steele served as further inspiration for me to continue seeking out alternative healing options. He manifested a severe condition that required surgery. Afterwards he was still having life threatening complications that were eventually resolved with a blend of energy healing modalities and prayer. As soon as he was stable and out of the woods he told me it was time to help other animals.

I used my newly rediscovered animal communication abilities along with Reiki for several years helping pets and their families. I noticed a handful of recurring topics that emerged from these sessions and decided to start a pet prayer list where everyone could send their love and well wishes to pets that were ill, lost and getting ready to pass.

Next came the “Hayhouse years”. I discovered Louise Hay’s publishing company, an umbrella for new consciousness shifting our planet at lightening speeds. After reading countless books and attending several seminars, I found myself in awe at a taping of Wayne Dyer’s Inspiration, Your Ultimate Calling. His profound way of speaking spoke directly to my heart, especially when he encouraged us all to pose the question, “How may I best serve?"

That night in 2005, I asked the Universe, and my angels woke me up 4:00am with details organizing a world prayer for animals that would unite like minded people all over the planet in sending out energy and love for the animal kingdom. The angels continued to explain the importance of this event was two fold. First that pets, wildlife and nature would truly feel the benefits of this experiment and second that people need to understand the power of their thoughts and intentions. They said it was the dawning of an age when we will see how fast our thoughts manifest into form and that more and more groups will gather to create the world we want en masse.

The angels suggested I call this project 4-4-4 Animals, encouraging people to spend 4 minutes at 4pm on April 4 focusing on the channeled prayer and other outcomes they would like to see materialize in our world. Then came the validation. While driving, I would find myself surrounded by license plates with 444, I would glance at the odometer at 444, my clocks would grab my attention at 4:44, my cell phone would beep strange noises at 4:44. I would enter drawings or buy tickets and my numbers were 4444.

When I asked about the significance of the 4-4-4 sequences, I was guided to the definition in Doreen Virtue’s, Angel Numbers books. It reads, “Thousands of angels surround you at this moment, loving and supporting you. You have a very strong and clear connection with the angelic realm, and are an Earth angel yourself. You have nothing to fear, all is well”. My angels chimed in adding, “These numbers reflect the date you became a Reiki Master on 4/4/04 and you stepped forward with your mission of Gratitude for All of Life”.
